Privacy Policy

We collect personal data only when you submit one of our contact or diagnostic forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, job title, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, website, company headcount, jurisdiction, and the free-text description of your challenge.

Please do not include sensitive personal data, or confidential third-party information, in free-text fields.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, understand your situation, prepare for a conversation, send you proposals or follow-up related to your request, and operate and protect our business and website against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.

By submitting a form you agree that we may process the information you provide for the purposes described in this policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@foundershub-eg.com, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

Form submissions are sent to us by email. They are not stored in the website's database or in its content management system.

We use the following providers to operate the site: Resend, an email delivery provider that transmits your submission to our mailbox; Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that helps us confirm that a submission comes from a person; and our website hosting provider, which serves the site and may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs. We also use Sanity to manage editorial content such as articles; Sanity does not receive your form data.

These providers process data on our behalf or to provide their services, and may do so on servers outside Egypt. We share your data with them only as needed to operate the site, and we do not otherwise disclose it except where required by law.

We set a first-party cookie that remembers your language preference (English or Arabic). It does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising or tracking. You can delete it in your browser settings; the site will then use its default language.

Because submissions arrive by email, they are held in our business mailbox only for as long as needed to handle your request, to maintain a reasonable record of our business relationship, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. We delete or archive messages that are no longer needed.

Under applicable Egyptian data-protection law, you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate data, to ask us to delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@foundershub-eg.com. We may ask you to verify your identity and will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections to the site, limited access to our business mailbox, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please contact us if you believe your data has been misused.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
